I was intrigued by the title of this post from my home building, short sale buying, blogging friend Kevin Robinson in Twin Falls. I decided to see who he said to look for, and I couldn't believe who I found! I knew there must have been a good reason I liked him so much!
As I slowly make my way up the ladder in my home state of Idaho, I like to read both the profiles and blogs by my competitors. It makes for some good reading and I have found that most of the top people in each state are pretty accomplished in their lives. I am a home builder and not an agent so I am kind of an anomaly on AR. Most of my top competitors are real estate agents.
One of the agents who is moving up on me very quickly is Janna Rankin Scharf. What a hoot, I was looking down my list of Associates and noticed Kevin, and realized that I hadn't visited his blog lately. I clicked to see what he had been cooking up, and there I was on his blog! What are the odds that would happen on the day he posted about me?! Thank you Kevin for the kind words. After I started on ActiveRain last August, my goal was to climb high enough to snag one of the featured spots in Kootenai County, which I did. Now, for no rational reason, I am aiming for one of those little 100,000 points boxes under my picture next to my coveted gold star! I haven't been thinking too much about trying to get to one of the featured spots in the State, particularly because I know Brian is chasing Christina, and she will do whatever it takes to stay ahead of him! I am just having fun, enjoying my associations, learning much and getting ready to close on two ActiveRain referrals (THANKS BRIAN!) Let the good times roll!

Janna - I'm glad you're getting the attention you deserve. You're my girl in Norther Idaho when I've got referrals. I think you're doing a wonderful job and helping out the seller on those and I know what a handful those two are.
