There has been a lot of buzz around town about the big auction of luxury condos at the beautiful Riverstone development. Last month I posted the first press release about the auction. The original date set for earlier this month was pushed back, and I just received a email flyer that announced the starting bids have been drastically reduced. That's kind of strange that they would postpone the auction AND lower the prices. Around here they'll have the auction and if stuff doesn't sell, they'll have another auction with lower prices.
