OK, that horrible photo in my previous post below was too depressing to leave sitting at the top of my blog, so here are a few photos I took of some of my listings.....

All right, I FEEL MUCH BETTER NOW! I might point out that it takes some EFFORT to get a photo when the sky is bright blue and the sun is in the right spot in the sky to illuminate the front of the house. But that effort pays off big time in making the house AND YOU look like a million bucks!

Janna nice pics. Here is one for you.
OK OK I admit Frank took it not me. But it is a nice picture.
Who's Frank?
Looks like the gardener just showed up! Nice looking houses, thanks.
You mentioned they are of some of you listings but don't look much like Coeur d'Alene ...? They are Beautiful Pictures
Robert: Thanks! Actually, I listed those properties BEFORE spring when the grass was brown and the shrubs were barren. I RETAKE photos when the world comes to life. One more pet peeve of mind is house photos in spring and summer with photos taken months earlier with snowscapes..... Why don't agents realize that a brown lawn in winter looks dormant, but in the summer a home with brown grass says THE LAWN IS DEAD!
Pam: Hi Pam, I am looking forward to meeting you eventually. You're right, the homes in the photos are in Fort Collins, Colorado where I am in transition from. (You can check out my earlier posts) I am still licensed there as well as Idaho and still have several listings that I am in the process of referring out. Meanwhile, I am starting from scratch here and thought I'd take advantage of some rare free time to figure out blogging! I see you are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of me on that curve, your posts looks fabulous! Rebuilding my RE business from scratch again is not a fun thought, but I'm up for it. Can't help myself, I LOVE THIS BUSINESS! If there is anything at all that I can do for you until I get going, just say the word!
A picture really is worth a thousand words! So glad I found this post - I just finished reading a post on bad MLS photos.
Great pictures. Good pictures are important if we want buyers to want to look at the house.
