OK, I think it's time to share another terrible property marketing photo. This one is so bad it's not funny, except that the caption of the photo "New Carpet" makes it hilarious! It's a good thing we have this photo to show us how nice the new carpet looks, don't you think? We better hurry over to take a look at this beauty before someone else snaps it up, what with this lovely new carpet and all!
While we're on the subject of bad photos, I'll share another pet peeve of mine - that goofy date stamp on the photo. It just SCREAMS "I am an amatuer and don't have a clue about taking good photos!" Not that we wouldn't have come to that conclusion anyway about this photo, even without the date stamp....
If you are a home seller, PLEASE don't settle for bad marketing like this! Call me, and I will make your home look like a million bucks!

I can't believe the Realtor could even put a picture like this in the MLS. What were they thinking?
Oh don't get me started. You should look at some of the shining examples in our MLS. Today I saw a listing that instead of the usual exterior building shot. this agent was creative and put it sideways. My favorites are the million dollar plus listings with no photos.
Looks like it is need of a good stager also! WOW!
I can't believe some of the photos I see out there...If I was a seller, I'd be ticked!
